Commissioned to document this striking transformation at the Duxton Hotel Perth, the architectural and interior photography showcase highlights the delicate balance between heritage preservation and modern luxury design.

The shoot focused heavily on capturing the grand, welcoming atmosphere of the newly reimagined lobby, creating a visual journey that leads guests directly into T.O.T.O. Once inside the restaurant, the imagery highlights the precise craftsmanship behind the feature bar and the ambient mood of the private dining room.

Collaborating with the commercial builders at Unita and the creative vision of Shift Architecture, the resulting photographs honour both the building’s historic character and its new purpose shaping Perth’s hospitality scene.
